Subscription Contract: All SEO/Social Media subscriptions are subject to a minimum 6-month contract period (“Subscription Contract”). You agree to fulfill the Subscription Contract for the entire duration before canceling your subscription.
Payment: Payment for our services is required in advance and is non-refundable. By subscribing to our services, you authorize us to charge your provided payment method for the agreed-upon subscription fee.
Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your subscription before the end of the 6-month Subscription Contract, you must provide written notice to us at least 30 days prior to the desired cancellation date. Cancellation will require remaining payment in full of the 6-month contract. Failure to provide timely notice may result in continued charges until the end of the current subscription period.
Termination: We reserve the right to terminate your subscription at any time without prior notice if you violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in any prohibited activities, including but not limited to misuse of our services, unauthorized access to our systems, or fraudulent behavior.
Intellectual Property: Any content, designs, or materials provided by us as part of our services are our intellectual property and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for any purpose other than the agreed-upon services without our prior written consent.
Confidentiality: We respect the confidentiality of your information and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
Limitation of Liability: We make no warranties or representations regarding the results of our services, and we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.
Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
